The Mart Family Legacy: Chapter 50

Hi everyone welcome back! Wow its chapter 50! Thank you to all of you who read my legacy. I never though I could come this far thanks guys :D if you were all her I would give you hugs LOL! I would also recommend to read the previous chapter so you would know and understand that out Gen 9 heiress( River) is about anyway lets get on with the legacy.

Lulu: Ahh look at this children's room.  I remember when you still was little and your brother to oh this room should be filled with kids right now and-

River: Mum  I need to tell you something

River: Don't freak out but I'm....pregnant

Lulu: *laughs* its a joke right?

''Mum why would I joke about being pregnant?''

'' so your pregnant..Ok then who's the father?''

''Well I only know that his name is Jacob''

Lulu: Well that helps....

River: Your not happy with this right?

Lulu: I'm a bit disappointed. Your father and I also wanted wanted you to be married and THEN have kids

River: I understand ...mum?

Lulu: Yes River I'll tell your father don't worry 

River: Thank you! You read my mind 

Liam: Hey babe guess what>

Lulu: What?

Liam: remeber my good old friend Mark from high school that I told you about?

Lulu: yeah what about him?

Liam: well he has a son and we could maybe introduce him to River. Hes a nice boy and-

Lulu: I don't think now is the right time.

Liam: Why?

Lulu: She's pregnant!

From those words Liam was shocked. Soon Lulu and Liam began to talk about their daughter's future. 

While her parents were talking about her future River went to the park to think.

River sat there on the bench watching the lake slowly move.  ''Is this seat taken?'' She heard a voice say. River looked up and find a handsome man standing there. ''No you can sit down'' She relied. 

''I'm Jacob but everyone calls me Jake''

River: Nice to meet you Jake I'm River.

Jake: That's a nice name and what would a nice girl like yourself be here at this time?

River: Oh I'm here to clear my head that's all

Jake:  what wrong if I can ask you that?

River: My problem is complicated 

Jake: I bet you my problem is more complicated then yours

River: Oh yeah what is it?

Jake: Welll one night I went to a club met this girl then we got drunk and came back to my place after that my mind is blank but that girl she's still in my head. Now I want to find her...Is that complicated?

River: my problem is kinda like that

They talked and talk until River realized she the time. They exchanged numbers and both of them left.

After they first met at the park they talked to each other more often. Jake would come visit River when Liam and Lulu were out at work. 

Days,weeks and months past and River's tummy was this big already.

Liam: where are you going out? 

River: Just out to meet some friends

Liam: where I'll take you thee. You have to be careful  in your conditions you know!

River: dad I know and thee is no need to take me I'll go by myself alright?

Liam: Fine as you wish but call us if there is a problem yeah..

River: I will

River left the house to meet Jake.

Jake: Hey

River: Sorry I'm late I was-

Jake: Its ok I understand

River: Jacob?

Jake: yeah

River: I just realized that we're been friends for almost 9 months

Jake: Oh my how time flies eh

River: *smiles* yeah

After they hung out in the park Jake took River home.

River: Thanks for dropping me home

Jake: It's alright can I ask you a question?

River: Yeah go ahead

Jake: can I feel your tummy?

River: *smiles* sure

Jake: Wow your big!

River: of course I'm big I'm carrying a baby inside

After that Jake placed his hand on River's waist. ''Goodbye see you tomorrow'' He whispered softly in her ear. He gave her a kiss on the check and left.

River took up the gardening skill.

In the afternoon River went to the park where she found Jake there.

Jake: Sorry about yesterday I don't know why I did it I'm sorry

River didn't say anything all she got hold of his hands and said ''Don't be sorry I liked it and I like you aswell'' With a smile.  Jake smiles at her ''I like you too'' he said.

He gave her romantic red flowers. 

In the evening they went to the beach where they sat under the moonlight and watched the stars.

As this was a legacy something was bound to happen right? Well that's right as River went into labour.

Jake rushed River to hospital

She gave birth to a boy! Leo was he's name :)

A year has passed and River wasn't in touch with Jake and also Leo grew up into a toddler. 

River soon got back in touch with Jacob and they had made an arrangement to meet at the beach.

Jake: River its been so long that I saw you....is this your little boy grown up?

River: Yeah I need to tell you that your Leo's father

Jake: Wow...wow...what?

River: Take a look at my son who does he look like?

Jake:  Me

River: you remember on the first day we met I told you that my problem was complicated?

Jake: *Nods* 

River: Well I was at the park thinking about who was the father of my child all I think of was Jacob your name. When Leo became a toddler he Inherited your features and that made me think about your problem too

Jake; The girl who I couldn't stop thinking about

River: yeah...

Jake: can I hold .....our little boy?

River: 'm sorry but I need time to think if-

Jake: take your time.....now I know I have a son

From that River left and she didn't talk to Jacob for a month. Each day she woke up and went to see Leo.  She always saw Jacob in Leo.  River sometimes thought about him. She didn't really know why she was keeping away from him. She loved him. Was it that she was scared? Of love? River honestly didn't know. 

Lulu: sweetheart why are you like that? Just go to him

Lulu would always tell her that. But each time she wanted to go to Jacob something stopped her.

Finally River called Jacob to come. ''Jacob!'' Those were her first words when she saw him.

River: I...I..missed you

Jake: I missed you too hun

River: Sorry for the long wait......I love you

Jake: Love you too

River and Jake began dating and he spent most of his time at River's place playing with Leo.

Jacob loved to spent time with Leo. They were like two peas in a pot.

Soon Jacob moved in and Riven and him started to teach Leo how to walk.

River: I look ok?

Yeah the dress is nice

River: I don't really think so

Jake: River hurry up

River: I'm coming

Jake: you look beautiful

River: Not bad yourself handsome 

River: Mum we're gong keep an eye on Leo

Lulu: will do have fun

Liam: Look the fairies are flying to me!

Lulu: why on earth did I marry him? 

I made you to :P

River and Jake went to the movies and ater to the beach where they sat calmly on the sand and watched the stars.

Jake: Look at that star its very pretty just like you

River * giggles*

Jake: I know that we're been dating but I want it to be officially so would you be my girlfriend?

of course River agreed. They kissed while the moon was watching over them.

When they got home Leo wasn't very happy.

Leo: Mwama

River: hello my little man

River: here you go eat it all up for mummy

While River was taking care of Leo Jacob had an important question for Liam

Jake:  Liam I know you and Lulu both wanted River to get married then have kids so I wanted to ask you something

Liam: come one spill it out already. You can ask me anything

Jake: can I have River's hand....I know its a big questions but I'll give you time to think

Liam: of course! I always thought of you as my son and I give you my blessing

Jake was so happy that Liam gave his blessing that he had to bring River to the beach.

River: Jacob its early in the morning why are we here?

Jake: I need to ask you something

He got down on one knee and said ''River Mart the girl who I couldn't stop thinking about will you marry me?''

River couldn't belieave it. She was shocked. ''YES!'' She finally answered.

Jake: do you like it?

River: its perfect like you

They hugged
